Forms for Completion of study

Submission and review of all completion of studies, including of musicology, will now take place at the dean's office.

All degree programmes at the University of Graz are gradually being converted to the new online curriculum management system SPO-Management. For the degree programmes that have already been converted, the submission of the previously used protocol sheets for completion of studies as well as a preliminary check by the institute is no longer necessary. Students now assign their study achievements to the corresponding achievement in the curriculum themselves in UNIGRAZonline. The chairperson of the curricular committee, in cooperation with the Curricula-Online team, determines which exams are recognised for which study achievement in the curriculum once a year within the framework of the teaching license. It is not possible to assign other achievements. In such cases, students must apply for recognition.

As soon as the students have completed all the study achievements, they must register with the responsible person at the dean's office. You can find information on this process on the homepage of the Faculty of Humanities:

The protocol sheets are available on the homepage of the Faculty of Humanities for curricula that have not yet been converted to SPO-Management.

Registration for the master's examination (search for chairperson and room) is still handled at the institute. The dean's office of the Faculty of Humanities is now responsible for this search as well as the forwarding of the examination protocol to the examining committee.

Please note:

* Process for students who chose a subject area primarily taught at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz for their master's thesis: Your grade must first be entered in KUGonline. The dean's office of the Faculty of Humanities must be notified: the so-called second registration for inter-university studies.
